Adv. Kriel has extensive experience in legal advice to companies, organizations, and private business owners. As part of my ongoing work, I deal with legal claims and provide ongoing legal advice to public and private companies, organizations, and non-profits from various fields. In this context, Adv. Kriel handles, among other things, the establishment of companies, voluntary dissolution and recovery of companies, knowledge transfer and licensing transactions, software development and sales agreements and cooperation, agency and distribution, prime and subcontracting agreements, labor and insurance law, transfer of rights in the company and retirement, mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing bylaws, term sheets, investment agreements (SPA) and investor rights and shareholder agreements (SRA/IRA). He also provides company secretarial services and prepares professional opinions.


From 2007 to mid-2012, Adv. Kriel served as a senior attorney at the firm of Dr. Shlomo Ness, the leading firm in Israel in corporate rehabilitation, liquidation and debt settlement law. As part of my work, he was responsible for legal support and drafting various agreements and contracts such as: entrepreneurship agreements, establishment of local companies and foreign target companies (SPV), drafting regulations, shareholder and founder agreements, share purchase agreements, financing and guarantee agreements, and collaboration agreements. He also handled the drafting of debt rulings dealing with complex legal issues in contract law, companies and intellectual property, as well as company liquidations by shareholders/creditors.


Previously, from 2004-2007, Adv. Kriel served as legal advisor and business development manager at Eshal Fund (Investments) Ltd., which engaged in equity investments in companies in various technological fields. As part of his work, he drafted and reviewed numerous investment agreements and collateral, drafted various legal documents, and managed the work with external service providers. In addition, Adv. Kriel was a partner in outlining strategies and procedures and leading negotiations with the managements of the target companies, and was responsible for conducting due diligence and reviewing business plans. He also established and established the company's network of business contacts and was responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring accelerators to accompany the company in various investment fields.
